At our core, we firmly believe in the necessity of a profound shift in how we engage within our communities. Amidst our diverse pursuits, our ultimate ambition is to inspire others to make a positive impact on our world. Guided by the principle reflected in Mark 10:45 (NIV) that "the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many," and Proverbs 3:27 (NIV) which advises, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act,” we are committed to raising awareness, extending assistance, and providing resources for our initiatives. Our goal is to spark active engagement from all who encounter our efforts, directly or indirectly, envisioning a world where individuals unite to support one another.

UPDATES:

A few changes...

We’re making some changes, and they’re good ones.

Over the past season, the Human Collective has been a beautiful space where we’ve seen community, service, and the love of Jesus come alive in powerful ways. We still believe deeply that we’re a collective of humans ready to serve anywhere God calls, but in this next season, we feel the Lord stirring something new.

We’ve been praying, listening, and following His lead, and part of that journey means a few branding upgrades and a fresh direction that reflects what’s burning in our hearts right now: spreading the love of Jesus like wildfire.

So as we step into this next chapter, we ask for your patience and your prayers while things shift and settle.
Our new URL is now EmberFoundations.org — a name that captures what we believe God is building: a foundation lit by His Spirit, one ember at a time.

Don’t worry, all donations still go to The Human Collective, and your support continues to fuel the same mission.

“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.”
Zechariah 4:10
“At least there is hope for a tree: if it is cut down, it will sprout again, and its new shoots will not fail. Its roots may grow old in the ground and its stump die in the soil, yet at the scent of water it will bud and put forth shoots like a plant.”
Job 14:7-9

May the embers of what He’s done continue to ignite new fires wherever we go.

Thank you for walking with us through every season.
With love and gratitude,

Noelle and Joe Charles
